Jane is a former university lecturer, complementary therapist and teacher. She now writes books for therapists and the general public, develops practitioner test kits, and looks after her family of web sites. She also finds time to ride her bicycle; in 2004 she rode across the US - 4200 miles in 9 weeks. Jane believes passionately that it is possible to make small changes to be happier, healthier and help the planet.
