The sun and the sea are natural sources of health. Whenever possible, we must take advantage of its benefits to our bones, joints and defenses.

When swimming, your body is exposed to the movement of waves and dissolved substances in water (ozone, iodine, and negative ions), which enter the body through the pores of the skin.

They are all improving blood circulation, relieving joint and bone problems, and exerting a calming effect.

Be careful what you choose to eat in summer

What should you eat in summer
