In each season we need special care to protect our health and defenses, the reason is the instability of autumn, cold winter itself, the heat of summer and spring allergy test our defenses.

The disorders most outstanding in the spring season are allergies and fatigue. Allergic reactions are emphasized more in this time of year because of the many plants that produce pollen, a substance that affects 15% of the population of developed countries (also known as hay fever ).

Trees such as oak, elm, plane or olive, herbs such as sweet grass (grasses), or weeds like thistles, are responsible for most allergies.

To prevent allergic reactions we must strengthen our defenses by consuming vitamin C found in citrus fruits, reduce or avoid contact with pollen, and care for our food. We can also opt for vaccination, which in the case of allergy to grass, reduced between 80-90% of rhinitis symptoms.

In the spring, in addition to allergies, also brings spring asthenia . This affects one in every ten people, mainly women between 35 and 60.

Spring Fatigue is a mild and transient disorder, and because our body does not adapt well to the changes typical of the new season (longer hours of sunshine, temperature increase, etc).

The reason for these symptoms is the decrease of endorphins in the body, causing tiredness, weakness, exhaustion, lack of energy and drowsiness.

To combat its effects is important to strengthen the immune system as follows: sleeping seven or eight hours a day , do some kind of physical exercise (swimming, walking, cycling, etc), keep a positive attitude, follow a diet , respect the timetables meals and take into account that are five times daily, in addition to hydrate constantly.
