Remedies for morning sickness

The first three months of pregnancy are, for some women, a difficult period where the transformation of your body is in addition to other ailments, such as unpleasant nausea in the morning.

These can be a real headache and while away the barrier of the past three months, it is important to have some remedies that can help relieve them.

Your doctor also may prescribe you some medicine to prevent vomiting, but at the same time there are some tips to follow to lessen the discomfort.

Stand slowly in the morning. Get out of bed slowly so as not to rock and tries to keep close to your bed about crackers, the crackers, to anchor your stomach in the early hours.
Get enough sleep. A good rest is the most effective way to feel good.
To the extent possible, prevents or reduces stress. It is known that stress directly affects the stomach and its operation so if you want to reduce nausea, try to take things in stride.
Avoid confined spaces. Try to stay in well-ventilated area.
Learn to recognize the smells and foods that trigger your nausea. Gradually realizing that you will go there smells and foods that make you feel special worse, do not go near them to avoid feeling bad.
Escape the spicy food, irritants and fat. Anything you could fall heavy before, will have worst effect of pregnancy.
Divide your food into small intakes. During the day rather than three large meals, eat more often and soon.
Take liquids between meals. Keep hydrated throughout the day, but in small amounts each time.
Vitamin water you. If you are about to get pregnant, take multivitamin supplements while you are looking for pregnancy and the beginning of your pregnancy. No one knows why,, for sure, but they have proven helpful for the discomfort of the first months.

Good luck and remember that nausea is normal part of pregnancy healthy, and that these months will pass before you know it.
