Urban legends about chocolate are disappearing. Investigations have been carried out with this succulent dish have shown that black chocolate increases further, the levels of antioxidants in their blood than milk chocolate, which can help prevent heart disease.
An article published earlier this year in the journal Nature dispelled any mystery about the protective role of flavonoids (antioxidants) of cocoa and chocolate against heart disease and its enormous power to prevent the formation of atherosclerotic plaques (atherosclerosis). (more…)
